  • Châteaubriand
    Exquisite Châteaubriand from local beef, cooked to a succulent pink and incomparably tender. Served with crispy potato rösti, tender vegetables, and aromatic Béarnaise sauce.
  • Meat or Cheese Fondue
    Tender meat cooked in a hot fondue with aromatic sauces, fresh vegetables, and fine accompaniments. Or creamy cheese fondue with crusty bread – a delightful evening for convivial company.
  • Veal Shank
    Veal shank braised for hours with melt-in-your-mouth tender meat that practically falls off the bone. Served with classic accompaniments and a rich, velvety gravy.
  • Fish Soup
    A delicate fish soup in a rich tomato, fish, and saffron broth with seasonal fish fillets, scallops, and octopus. Served with fresh baguette, we recommend a suitable white wine.
  • Sole
    Tender pan-fried sole, finished with butter. Served with crisp vegetables, golden-brown potatoes, and we recommend a suitable white wine from our cellar.
  • Saddle of Venison
    A fine saddle of venison from local hunting grounds, cooked to a succulent pink and exceptionally flavorful. Served with homemade spaetzle or dumplings, creamed savoy cabbage, sautéed mushrooms, and red wine pears.
  • Roast Duck
    Crispy roasted roast duck with succulent meat. Served with potato dumplings, red cabbage, and a flavorful gravy.
