General conditions
The prices include the following additional benefits: Fluffy bathrobe and bath shoes for the entire stay, parking and internet use.
Multi-day overnight stay: For multi-day overnight stays of 4 days or more, 10,- EUR discount per day.
Smoking: Please note that the hotel, restaurant, as well as all of our hotel rooms are smoke-free environments, due to the Bavarian non-smoking law.
Please understand that maintenance work must be performed during operation.
Arrival / Departure
On the day of arrival the booked rooms are available at 15:00 h at the latest. If your arrival is later than 18:00 h, please let us know by phone. If you are arriving earlier, please let us know – the rooms may be available sooner.
On the day of departure, we ask for check-out no later than 11:00 h. For check-out before 8:00 o’clock we ask for invoice settlement in the evening before departure.
Booking, payment, cancelation and travel insurance
In case of cancellation or change of reservation (arrival or early departure) the following cancellation rates apply from the booked arrangement: In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival no cancellation fees are settled.
Travel-Insurance:
We advise our guests to take out cancellation and travel interruption insurance (ERGO) including Covid-19 supplementary insurance, which can cover the cancellation costs. If you have already taken out Cancellation or CancellationPlus insurance with ERGO without a Covid-19 supplement, you can cover yourself with the ERGO Covid19 supplementary protection. If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged.

Additional beds / Children
Additional bed with breakfast 75,- EUR, children’s bed 3-14 years 45,- EUR. Baby bed or children’s bed up to 3 years free of charge.
Short stays & tourist tax
For 1-3 days of overnight stays we charge a surcharge of 10,- EUR per room and day.
The local tourist tax is not included in the price.
Dogs
You do not want to spend the best time of the year without your four-legged darling? No problem for us! Your dog is welcome by prior arrangement. We charge a cleaning fee of 25,- EUR per day and dog.
Parking
Free parking spaces in front of the house. Carport spaces can be rented uppon request.
