Advent magic 2023 at Tegernsee
The magic of Advent at Tegernsee combines Alpine tradition, enjoyment and romance. Discover the festive atmosphere on the banks of the lake, which is characterized by three unique markets: the Lake Advent in Bad Wiessee, the Rottach Lake Advent and the Christmas Castle Market in Tegernsee. Immerse yourself in the magical atmosphere when the places shine with lights at nightfall. Use the shuttle boat or shuttle buses to get from market to market comfortably. The Advent markets offer regional delicacies, high-quality handicrafts from the region and a varied entertainment program in a cozy atmosphere.

Shuttle ships
The three shuttle ships travel clockwise to the following jetties:
Tegernsee town hall, Rottach-Egern beach, Bad Wiessee town center
First trip: 2:00 p.m. (December 22nd 4:00 p.m.)
Last trip: 6:45 p.m. (December 22nd 8:45 p.m.)
On the 4th of Advent the ships also sail to the town hall jetty in Tegernsee; No market here, just gastronomic offerings.
Shuttle buses
With the shuttle ticket you can also use the ring line buses and the amplifier bus between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Tickets & Prices
Tickets for the shuttle boat including the shuttle bus are available at the market ticket stands.
Price: €15.00 (children up to and including 14 years accompanied by an adult are free)

There is no discount for the shuttle boat if you present a disability ID card or guest card, as it is a special trip and not a scheduled trip.
