Covid-19 FAQs

The “3G rule” will apply from Friday, March 4th
Only the following groups of people have access / stay:

Vaccinated, recovered, tested with rapid test not older than 24 hours or on-site test under supervision.
Without exception, proof & identification is required!

Hotel :

Upon arrival, you will need proof of vaccination, recovery or a daily test.
An antigen quick test can be done on site
FFP-2 masks in all public areas
Our employees are tested daily

Restaurant:

You need proof of vaccination, recovery or a daily test.
An antigen quick test can be done on site.
FFP-2 masks in all public areas
From now on, the following also applies to groups of 10 people or more: A daily updated anti-gene rapid test (in addition to proof of vaccination or convalescence, except for the current PCR test)

Table reservation is necessary – please reserve early!
Use the opportunity to choose between two evening meal times, at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Since we have a fixed table arrangement, we ask you to reserve early, you can do this by e-mail or by phone at the reception.

Wellness area and fitness area:

We have a hygiene guide for this, and the cleaning and disinfection intervals have been increased again. We can enable you to use these areas through a wellness and fitness schedule. The appointments for this can be booked at reception during your stay.

Use of the steam bath, infrared cabin & stone pine sauna is only possible by prior arrangement

General scope of operation:

All offers are still available to you by appointment and under legal templates, including cosmetic treatments, massage treatments, the fitness area and the spa area.

The breakfast buffet is available with fabric gloves and FFP-2 provided by us as well as regular disinfection of the contact points at the buffet and at the table.

Booking, check in and check out:

You can tell us your wishes for your stay comfortably by e-mail or phone, so we can prepare your vacation in the best possible way. A handout on the hygiene measures awaits you on arrival.

The greeting is warm – but without a handshake. In order to avoid crowds of people at the reception, we ask you, if possible, to only go to one person per room to check in or out.

Arrival and departure:
Please note the respective entry regulations of the individual countries with regard to testing, quarantine and formalities.

Cancelations:
Exceptional situations require exceptional action – free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (until February 28th, 2022).

Our promise:

All measures proposed by the Ministry of Health will be implemented in full! Our strict hygiene measures have also been strengthened and expanded! The additional costs that arise are worth it to us, for the protection of all of our health!

Use of the wellness and fitness areas: With a wellness and fitness schedule, we can enable you to use these areas. The appointments for this can be booked at reception during your stay. The pool area in the garden is available to you at any time, but with a limited number of people in the water.

General hygiene guidelines

The frequency of cleaning frequently touched surfaces, e.g. handrails, tables, lift buttons, doorknobs, telephones has been increased using virucidal materials that are also approved by the environmental protection agency.

Your room will also be completely disinfected and safely cleaned before arrival.

Our employees, who are in direct contact with employees, disinfect and clean your hands regularly. In addition, hand disinfectant dispensers are placed at the workplace and in the lounge areas of the guests.

With your prudence, you protect yourself as well as the other guests and your hosts and staff. Therefore we ask you:

Keep a distance of at least 2 meters from other people.
To be reserved in advance for the restaurants.
Avoid traffic jams at the reception and in the restaurant.
Refrain from shaking hands and hugs.
Wash hands several times a day with soap and water for at least 30 seconds.
Avoid touching the face with hands that have not been cleaned.
Sneezing / coughing in the crook of your arm or in a handkerchief.
Do not travel if there are signs of illness. Contact the host by phone if there are any signs during the stay. Please report to reception.
