An individual and varied Pilates training with Christine Moenikes

PILATES – is a specific holistic training that was developed by Joseph Pilates over 100 years ago.

We improve our posture, health and bring balance back into our lives. I offer individual, varied training under the influence of the latest sports science findings. With a series of exercises that help you achieve strength, endurance and flexibility without gaining mass. We train both on the mat and on the reformer.

Reformer?
The reformer is a traditional Pilates device, which was designed by Mr. Pilates himself and was already used in the first Pilates studio in New York. The reformer extends the repertoire of exercises and the range of motion, as joint-gentle whole body training.

We adapt the training according to individual requirements. Both best agers and ambitious athletes find their corresponding level.

Our Pilates trainer has an internationally recognized training at one of the most recognized Pilates schools STOTT-Pilates®️ and Merrithew and offers individual and varied training. She is a member of the German Pilates Association e.V.

Experience from further education and training abroad flows into the lessons.
She is also happy to teach in English.
